Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses the vibration of sound, through instruments like singing bowls, gongs, drums and the human voice, to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance.
Whilst you lie down in comfort, you are free to drift off where the sound takes you.
About Annalisa Wellness
I am Annalisa, lover of sound!
I worked as a theatrical agent for the first 12 years of my career. After having my family I needed a change of direction, and re-trained in Sound Healing.
I've always loved sound, voices and singing, and it felt like coming home to explore this world and train.
I trained with the renowned Sound Healing Academy over 2 years, and have been offering group and private sound baths since 2023.
I love bringing sound to new spaces, both inside and outside in nature.
I offer regular group sound baths in Beaconsfield and High Wycombe, as well as private sound baths in family homes, in schools and for PTAs.
I also offer Corporate sound baths, bringing calming and restorative sound experiences to work places.
Together with my business partner Louise, we won the Muddy Stilettos Best Wellness provider 2025 for our corporate sound bath business Sonic Therapists.
